These terms govern use of the Myko website and the services provided by Myko Pty Ltd.

Our services

Myko provides commercial mould reduction services: airborne treatment via diffusion, surface application, and ongoing management programs. Myko does not provide remediation services. Where a building requires remediation, we will say so and refer you to a licensed remediation contractor.

Quotes and engagements

Quotes are provided following assessment and are fixed price unless otherwise stated. Variations require written approval. Engagements are governed by a written scope of works agreed before treatment begins.
