Ongoing management programs
Some buildings will never be one-treatment jobs. Ongoing programs keep airborne mould continuously low rather than reacting to spikes — at a fraction of the cost of a single remediation event.

Why some buildings need a program, not a treatment.
High-humidity climates. Aged-care and healthcare facilities with vulnerable occupants. Food processing environments. Indoor pools and gyms. Buildings with a history of water ingress. Post-remediation properties where recurrence would be expensive and embarrassing. In each of these, the conditions that produce mould are permanent — so the response needs to be too.
An ongoing program schedules airborne and surface treatments at an interval suited to the building — typically quarterly, monthly for the highest-risk environments — and tracks the results over time. The goal is a low, stable baseline that never gets the chance to become a problem.
What a program includes.
- Scheduled treatments at an agreed frequency, timed to your operating calendar.
- Periodic readings and a trend report showing the building’s airborne mould over time.
- Priority response for water events, complaints or inspections between scheduled visits.
- A single annual price, fixed for the term, so the budget line is known in advance.
- Documentation you can hand to an insurer, a regulator, a board or a parent body.
The economics.
A year of scheduled treatment costs a fraction of one remediation event — and in the buildings we work in, it makes that remediation event far less likely to ever occur. Most commercial clients move from a one-off engagement to a program within twelve months, once the value of “never having to think about it” becomes clear.
