Surface mould reduction
A fast, non-destructive treatment for surfaces that can be cleaned rather than replaced. Reduces visible growth and the biological load that would otherwise re-seed the air.

Reduce what’s visible, without demolition.
Visible mould on a wall, ceiling, grout line or cool-room seal is the part of the problem everyone can see — and the part that generates complaints, photographs and reputational risk. Surface treatment addresses it directly: the formula is applied to affected surfaces where it kills mould on contact and reduces the biological load that would otherwise keep re-seeding the room’s air.
Surface treatment is deliberately non-destructive. We do not remove plasterboard, insulation, ceiling tiles or contaminated contents. That is remediation work, and where a surface is genuinely beyond treatment — saturated, delaminating, structurally compromised — we say so and refer it.
Where surface treatment is deployed.
- Painted walls and ceilings with spot or patch growth.
- HVAC internals, supply and return grilles, and accessible ductwork.
- Bathroom, kitchen and wet-area tile grout and silicone.
- Cool-room and cold-store door seals, gaskets and panel joints.
- Window reveals, sills and frames in condensation-prone rooms.
- Storage, plant rooms and back-of-house areas with poor ventilation.
Paired with airborne treatment.
Surface and airborne mould are two ends of the same cycle. Surface growth releases spores into the air; airborne spores settle and colonise new surfaces. For buildings where both are elevated, we deploy the two treatments together in one visit — surface first, then diffusion — so the building leaves the treatment window with both populations reduced.
What you receive.
A photographic before-and-after record of each treated area, a schedule of what was treated and how, and a recommendation on whether a follow-up visit or an ongoing program is warranted for the building’s conditions.
